DC Spoke & Nipple Set YR

I really like this spoke set .This Dachi spoke set shiner and lighter .Absolutely Fantasic. The spokes on the right side and the spokes on the left side are sorted separately .so it is easier to lace the spokes on the rear wheel.Does include little instruction paper. It's says grease all the spokes threads before installation. After I removed all the old spokes from the rear wheel ,cleaned and painted with zinc spray then finished after 2k clear spray coated. lacing spokes on a rear wheel is so much fun .took 1hour to get the job done.I used Dachi stainless steel nipples instead of chromate plated nipple that comes with the spoke set..TW200 rear wheel need 32 nipples.I only had 30 dachi stainless steel nipples so I used two chromate plated nipples when I lacing a wheel.Time has come to true a rear wheel. I didn't have a truing stand so I decided to true rear wheel on a bike. Wheel truing is one of those tasks that is daunting to a lot of people – often viewed as some sort of dark art only to be mastered by beardy bike wizards that have spent years and years learning the craft. Thankfully, this isn’t actually the case, and anybody that can turn a wrench on their own bike can true a wheel.I watched lots of youtube ( how to true a motorbike wheel ) videos before started.SO I started my self.Truing wheels is something that a lot of people find difficult, or at least they imagine to be difficult. It’s easy to spin a wheel and see if it has a wobble in it, and this is one of the quickest ways to check your wheel health..Check side to side and up and down movement When spin the wheel, it can be pretty obvious when it’s moving side to side. After get the job done, Now I only need to tighten the spokes nipples. To order to do that I start at the valve and start tightening the spokes.Since the wheel is true, it is extremely important to tighten all spokes evenly! Start with full turn each.tighten the first spoke next to the valve then skip three spokes then tighten 4th spoke and tighten all the wayaround.I kept tighten all the spokes this pattern, it would allow the tension on both sides of the rim within the same revolution of the wheel.then check the tension on all spokes by “listening to them. You can do this by tapping them with, for instance, a screwdriver. A tight spoke will make a nice “PING” sound, loose spokes will sound flat. The higher the ping sounds, the tighter the spoke. Tighten all spokes equally until all spokes will have a nice ping sound. So I Successfully Completed. took me an hour a true a rear wheel.I can do it anybody should be able to do this.DIY or Pay Someone Smarter. As usual The Package Arrive On Time. Thanks WEBIKE for the High Quality Packaging.I'm very satisfied with their service.WEBIKE SHOP I Highly Recommended.5Stars.Thank You So Much
