Here is a brief summary of the comparison between Wyvern and CROSS-SHORT.
(There is no large difference between Wyvern installation and the installation process, so I won't go into that here.)
About the installation work.
Wyvern has a very small number of component parts, and the Installation Manual is very helpful with pictures, so there was no need to worry.
CROSS-SHORT has many component parts, and the Instruction Manual is even more difficult to understand. How can I tighten the mounting bolt of the sub-chamber? It took me 30 minutes to get the bolt 1 pc. I still have my doubts. I still have my doubts.

Wyvern is titanium, CROSS-SHORT is stainless steel, and the Wyvern is by far the lightest in terms of the number of parts it consists of.
[Sound]
When replacing STD to Wyvern, I didn't feel any large change, and it sounded as I imagined, with Race ish sound at high RPM range, and good single sound. In the middle range, the sub-chamber causes a semitone shift, resulting in a unique sound.
Wyvern is ” fawning ” CROSS-SHORT is ” durdle ” and so on. Both sound good with their own character.

I felt that this is what both Manufactures are claiming:the Wyvern has a good mid-high extension, while the CROSS-SHORT has a low-mid Torque feel.

In order to achieve the powerful styling and power increase, the front pipe has been increased in size, and the side view is arranged in a straight line, and the clearance between the front pipe and the engine has been adjusted to accentuate the styling of the CB1000R.
The middle pipe uses a catalyzer in each path, and the output and the beauty of the layout are prioritized over the cost.
A sub silencer is adopted on the tail pipe to secure enough sound deadening performance and to bring the bottom battery image closer to the racy image.
The twin silencers have been designed with a straight structure to give an aggressive sound reminiscent of a racer at high rpm, and at low rpm, the sound volume is kept at the same level as the STD, while the bass is enhanced.
The power output characteristics are based on our original know-how to increase the power in the low to mid RPM range, to provide a light blow-up and easy handling in the normal range.
