- Please add extra 40cc amount of oil for 3 fins, 60cc amount of oil for 4 fins to the standard amount.
- [About the simultaneous installation of SP Takegawa's Tappet Breather for stock, Regular, R-stage, R-stage EM /+D and 17R-stage E /+D heads].
- Only 3 fins are available for the oil cooler which can be installed with the tappet breather.
- Tappet breather that can be installed with 3-fin oil cooler: 90 degree swivel type (07-06-0002).
- Other tappet breathers cannot be installed simultaneously.
- If you need a head breather, please purchase a cylinder head cover with breather pipe. (3 fin / 4 fin can be installed simultaneously)
- [About the tappet breather included in SP Takegawa's Super Head 4V + R Head Kit].
- When the oil cooler body is installed under the frame, only 3 fins can be installed simultaneously as the attached tappet breather.
- DOHC 4V/4V+D head, Desmo 4V head and SP Takegawa oil cooler (when installed under the frame) cannot be installed simultaneously.
- The harness ring welded to the frame needs to be bent or cut out for installation.
- The SP Takegawa steering damper kit cannot be installed with the stock front fork.
- When this product is installed, the stock exhaust and the up exhaust cannot be installed simultaneously.
- SP Takegawa special clutch (sand casting, Die-Cast, TYPE-R WET / DRY) or dry clutch (Type 2 ver.1 / ver.2) is applicable.
- It can be installed to the special clutch (die-cast) which is used for the complete engine (primary type) made by SP Takegawa.
- The oil hole plug or thermostat unit cannot be installed simultaneously when SP Takegawa special clutch (die-cast) is installed. If they are installed simultaneously, it will cause serious engine trouble.
- This product is only for model with the listed model and frame numbers. It cannot be installed on any other model.
- The color of the anodized aluminum products may fade over time.
- If you use this product, you will not be able to use the stock exhaust or the up type exhaust.
- DOHC 4V Head
- This product cannot be installed together with Desmo 4V head.

[Product Description]
Oil cooler kit using Braided Hose #4 with 11mm outer diameter, ideal for small bikes.

The oil cooler body is fixed to the bottom of the frame using the oil cooler bracket and clamp band.
For the oil outlet, install the attached oil cooler unit to the oil filter cover on the SP Takegawa special clutch cover (with various filters) or dry clutch (type 2), and remove the oil.

■About Braided Hose #4
Nylon braid hose with outer diameter of Φ11mm is suitable for small bikes. The inner diameter is Φ5.6mm to reduce the load on the oil pump.
The inner diameter of the radiator is Φ5.6mm, which reduces the load on the oil pump.
The nylon braid hose is lightweight and flexible, allowing for greater flexibility in handling. When installed, the black braid hose will enhance the appearance of the bike.
When installed, the black Braided Hose will enhance the bike's appearance.

■About Compact Cool Body
The main body of the cooler is a compact cooler with excellent cooling effect.
By installing the oil cooler, the increase in oil temperature due to the increase in engine bore can be suppressed. Oil cooler plate and guard are standard equipment.
Oil cooler plate and guard are standard equipment.
The Compact Cool body is available in 3-fin 4 oil line and 4-fin 5 oil line.
