New drive chain "520ERV7"
■520ERV7 is a stock specification drive chain that has been made without compromise based on the development data with the factory teams of MotoGP and All Japan. The same specification pins as those used in MotoGP are used to transmit the power of medium to large sized competition vehicles without loss.
[Feature 1] Suitable for medium and large competition vehicles The use of extra thick pins improves the rigidity of the chain and realizes a direct response that reacts linearly to the rider's accelerator work. [Feature 2] Further Strengthening The material of the plate has been optimized to suppress uneven elongation of the chain and to improve the strength by more than 5% Excellent performance for the latest vehicles with electronic control. [Feature 3] Dimple pin processing to reduce weight The pin tips are dimpled to reduce weight, and the seal shape has been redesigned for friction.
Points of Attention
* If there may be an instruction manual included, it will be written in Japanese.
it is used for YZF-R25 of for Race It's a good chain with less Friction The changes were made by DimplePin processing which made the pin thickness and the tip of the pin concave The weight has been thoroughly reduced in this case However, it's Overspecifications for the JP250Class. 250? This is a replacement from the manufacturer's RACINGChainERV3 Just when I was thinking of replacing it, the ERV7 was model changed as a new product was released and I thought it would be a good opportunity to buy it The Package becomes the Package with a more gold-toned look, which creates a high-class atmosphere As for the ChainBody, it is the same as the ERV3 of the previous generation, Gold Monochromatic As for Plate, is it any different than ERV3? I got the impression that it was like Compared to ERV3, we found that the pin has become thicker The ERV7 has a thicker pin itself, which is more rigid and has a higher fee I think this is a structure that increases the directness of the ring The model has been changed in various ways such as the OthersMaterials and manufacturing methods I'm sure there are a few changes, but for now, the parts that I was able to visually see during the replacement Pin changes only Normally, when you make the pin thicker, the mass should increase and the weight should also increase, but after holding and comparing them strangely I was under the impression that not much would change
In any case, it's not yet in use, so the fee-ring and durability are unknown, but as for durability, it's not the same as the previous generation The ERV3 of the ERV3 was somehow durable enough to be used for about 2 Seasons, so I'm hoping that the I want toView Detail
I've used DID chains previously with good results. Purchased this chain on sale and will install as soon as the OEM chain wears out. Lightweight, looks good, race proven performance and on sale- the decision to purchase was easy. You can tell even by the box this chain is high quality!. It also looks absolutely amazing! I'm super impressed with it, having both gold inner and outer gold links looks so clean. This one fits well and is high quality. Expensive, but what can you do the chain is a key part of the bike. Happy with the purchase.View Detail
Bought and installed on my CRF450R. This one fits well and is high quality. My last chain would stretch every ride and was two links longer than the replacement. It was supposed to be the best non o-ring you coul buy. It’s now in a landfill. This X-ring has yet to stretch. I like that and so do my sprockets. the craftsmanship, packaging, and colour are all fantastic. I feel bad knowing it will be put on my chain and gotten dirty. I want to frame it on the wall. Being a mechanic I've seen the constant deteriation of quality parts over the years and this is not the case. The chain aswell as packaging is incredibly high quality and well worth the money. Another plus is the part is made in Japan, not China. It’s the best chain you can buy.Expensive, but what can you do - the chain is a key part of the bike. View Detail
