■Lightweight, high-strength, highly durable shell
The prepreg fiber sheet is heated by using our original manufacturing method PPVA (Prepreg Inner Presure Vacuum Pulling Air Bag Method), pressurizing the prepreg sheet from the inside of the cap by the air bag method and depressurizing from the outside by the vacuum pulling method. The prepreg sheets are heated and cured while removing unnecessary resin and air bubbles to the utmost limit.This process results in a lightweight shell with high strength and durability.
