If you are replacing a 2019 or later bevel gear cover, you will need the following parts.
[KAWASAKI OEM part number]
・Pin: 92043-1606
*Thermal barrier mat: 53004-1124 (You can transplant the one originally attached to the new 800, but the shape is slightly different)
*Socket bolt M5 x 14: 92151-1581 x 2 (The new 800's are about 4mm longer than the previous ones)
*Plastic washers: 92022-1023 x 2
*Bolts and heat shield sheet are not included.Please use the stock one.
*There may be changes in product specifications due to the manufacturer's reasons..
The classic logo and lines used on the famous W1SA and W3 "Y-covers" of the 70's have been recreated on a modern W bevel gear cover.
The fins on both sides are evenly spaced with the head and are designed to blend in with the engine as a whole without feeling out of place.
Fin Type: Only convexed part is polished.
The back of the logo on both of them is uneven, and black is added with the line.
Fin Black Type: Hairline finish on the convex part and black paint on the rest.
The back of the logo has an uneven texture, and the lines are black.

I am very satisfied with the change from the original design.
While I was very satisfied with the original design, I wanted something a little more innovative, so I purchased this product. Installing it on a 2020 or later W800 required purchasing a few additional items. Installation was very simple, and I was impressed with the design. I highly recommend this product.

It is made from aluminium and it is beautiful!! Change all the bike easy to install two bolts and the old heat protection inside and youare done. It took very long time to come in greece 2 months .And 30 euros for taxes but worth the money and the delay.thanks you.
