Because sprockets require roundness due to their characteristics, Sunstar processes the inner diameter, pattern hole, mounting hole, and teeth in this order.
This process makes it as close to a perfect circle as possible.
As a result, the high-precision sprockets minimize not only the wear of the sprockets, but also the wear of the chain.

The highest strength aluminum alloy "Super Duralumin (A7075-T6)" is used.
The weight is about 1/3 of the weight of stock iron.
The sprocket that rotates at high speed should be as light as possible to reduce friction loss, and as a result, fuel consumption and acceleration will be improved.
All of the materials are made in Japan, and all of the production processes are done in Japan.

Sunstar uses hard anodizing to increase the durability of the sprocket.

I converted my W650 from 525 to 520 chaind and sprockets. The bike lost almost 1 kg after that.This sprocket weights 226 gr. The stock one is 670 gr.Also i increased the ratio for offroad racing purposes.
