●Seamless, wide, clean luminescence with Mono LED
The wide angle CREE ultra-small LED chip XP-G3 is used as a monolithic LED to achieve a clean and bright light with no seams and less turbulence.
The XP-G3 has a beam angle of 125 degrees according to the catalog specifications.
This is the angle at which the luminosity is halved starting from the brightest point in the center (called the half-decline angle).
In fact, the light emits nearly 180 degrees, and the lateral light, which does not require a large amount of light, is properly reflected by the reflector in the light fixture, resulting in a clean and undisturbed light.
This effect is achieved by the brightness of the El Ribbon T10 HYPER.

When you change to El Ribbon LED headlight bulb or other company's LED headlight bulb, the stock T10 bulb will ruin the whiteness of the headlight.
It features a clean and pure white light by the LED chip made by CREE with high color rendering, and it is a perfect match with El Ribbon LED headlight.
●Thorough pursuit of brightness and miniaturization
LED is difficult to miniaturize due to the large amount of heat generated when the brightness is increased.
The size and the amount of heat generated are the keys to the brightness of the position lamp.
Until now, the LED chip used in the position lamp of 100lm or 200lm class has a good luminous efficiency, but generally can not put a large amount of power.
By doing so, the power per LED chip was reduced and the brightness was achieved by mounting a large number of LED chips.
However, if multiple LED chips are used, the whole lamp becomes larger (thicker and longer).In addition, the miniaturization of the position lamp is to make one LED chip, but if the power is increased by one chip, the heat amount will be large in exchange for the brightness.
If this is the case, the heat dissipating structure will also need to be larger, and as a result, if priority is given to size, brightness cannot be achieved, and if priority is given to brightness, the bulb itself will become larger.
When we started to develop the T10 lamp with the DNA of the El Ribbon LED headlight system, we started by reviewing the conventional structure and ride system.
In particular, three factors, efficiency, small size, and heat dissipation, are important to obtain high brightness with a single LED.
The ride circuit is a combination of a small high-efficiency IC, a small inductor, and electronic components that can be used at high temperatures, and through repeated trial and error tests, we succeeded in fitting all the circuits into a small body.
In addition, for the LED chips, we have adopted LED chips made by CREE using high-temperature resistant silicon carbide (SiC), which have a higher resistance to high temperatures compared to conventional LED chips. This allows us to increase the temperature range at which the LED lamp can be lit, enabling us to design and develop it not only as a conventional fashion accessory but also as a bright lamp.
Because of these high-efficiency ride circuits, the amount of heat generation is low, and even with mono LED, the power consumption is low, the amount of heat generation is suppressed, and the brightness of 100lm per 1W is exceeded, and the brightness of 300lm is achieved with 2.5W.
●Thorough pursuit of heat dissipation performance
Aluminum substrate is used for the LED board, and copper terminals are used for the contact part of the input connector.
The case is also made of high-definition CNC machined aluminum, and the entire basic structure is made of metal to achieve high heat dissipation performance.
The relationship between brightness and heat generation, which can never be surpassed by the resin board and resin case often used for LED T10 position lamp, is surpassed by El Ribbon T10 HYPER in high dimension.
●Safety design with temperature sensor
A temperature sensor is installed in the light emitting part, which is also used in the LED Ribbon LED headlight.
Even in high-temperature environments, such as during hot summer days, the temperature sensor will activate and control the heat generated by the lamp, preventing damage due to excessive heating.

You can use T10 and T16 wedge base lamps not only for motorcycles but also for position lamps, backup lamps, interior lighting, used in automobiles.
Especially in the case of driving with only the position lamps in the evening, the astonishing brightness of 300lm per lamp and the white radiance make it easier to blend into the evening scenery compared to the normal bulb color. This improves visibility to pedestrians and other vehicles, enhancing safety.
