GUYRA Gauntlet

Knuckle guard to protect rider's knuckles and fingertips from the wind.
The shield body is made of polycarbonate, and the color can be selected from clear and smoke.
The bracket is designed to be strong enough to prevent rattling even under high wind pressure, and is designed to be bolted on to the left and right mirrors.

・A bracket is inserted into the space between the holder and the clutch to stop the clutch from turning.

・The bracket shape on the brake side matches the shape of the master cylinder.
It serves as a turnstile.


■Guyra Gauntlet
Knuckle shield to protect rider's knuckles and fingertips from the wind.

Guyra means a suit of armor, and a gauntlet is a piece of Western armor that protects the arm from the fingertips.
It is the only aero-protection that protects the rider's fingertips, which are the armor worn on the bike and require delicate operation.


The shield body with complex curved surface is made of durable 3mm thick polycarbonate.
The high transparency does not spoil the lightness of the handlebar area.

Chrome-plated or black-painted mounting brackets with sufficient strength designed for each model.
The shape is designed to prevent rattling even when subjected to high wind pressure, and is designed to bolt on to compatible vehicles.

A highly durable stainless steel screw, polycarbonate washer and lock nut are used for shield installation.


The design that does not compromise the balance of the vehicle
The handle guard body has a depth of 80mm to provide clearance around the lever without feeling cramped.
In addition, the shape that wraps around the bottom of the lever has windproof performance not only in the fist but also in the fingertips.

Specially designed cut lines are provided for each model to maximize wind protection.


■Easy bolt-on design to mirror holder
Installation is quick and easy as it only needs to be tightened together with the left and right mirrors.

The mounting bracket is specially shaped to fit the brake and clutch area of each vehicle and also serves as a stopper.
Therefore, even though it is a single point fastening, it achieves a robust fixation.

This product is designed to be installed on a stock vehicle, so if you have made any changes to the handlebar, such as to the master cylinder, you may not be able to install this product or you may not be able to get the sufficient windproof effect.


■Select clear or smoke according to your preference.
The clear specification gives a fresh impression without losing the lightness of the handlebar, and the smoke specification gives a tighter impression by increasing the presence of the gauntlet.


■In case of having made the change around the handlebar,
If you have modified the front brake hose or other parts around the handlebar, the brake hose may interfere with the gauntlet depending on the fixing direction.


■If your model is not in the lineup
The models listed above have been tested and confirmed by Chic Design.

If your model shares the same parts around the handlebars as the models in the current lineup, it may be possible to install it even if your model is not in our lineup.
