The best bang for your buck in XR100 hot-rodding. The head is awesome and the taller piston (compared to the 146 kit) makes the engine live a lot longer than the 146 kit. The Takegawa oil pump is also great value for the cost, I use them in even stock builds.

■Features of Superhead +R
The "Super Head (Stage 3)" with its large diameter valves and smooth intake and exhaust ports has been succeeded by a high-performance cylinder head with a roller rocker arm and a new oil line structure for even higher output and durability.
Port Diameter
Intake: 29mm / Exhaust: D-type port
Valve Diameter
Intake: 28.5mm / Exhaust: 23.5mm
Steel valve spring retainer
Valve stem shaft: 4.5mm for both intake and exhaust
Valve Springs: Double spring with inner spring and outer spring
Roller rocker arm adopted
The roller rocker arm of SP Takegawa's Super Head +R for Monkey engine is adopted for the vertical engine to maximize the output performance of Super Head and to maintain the output at mid to high speed range and at high rpm range which is the feature of roller rocker arm.
The frictional resistance between the camshaft and the slipper type rocker arm (stock part) is reduced, and the built-in roller bearing in the rocker arm allows the cam profile to follow smoothly from low to high RPM.
The rocker arm body is made of forged aluminum to overcome the weight increase by using roller bearings.
M8 spark plug adopted
Since the wall pressure between the plug hole and the port is reduced due to the larger port diameter caused by the adoption of a large-diameter valve, an M8 spark plug is adopted to ensure sufficient wall pressure.
This prevents the cylinder head from being damaged by thermal deformation, thus ensuring stable power output.
Hollow camshaft with oil jet
An oil line is installed in the center of the camshaft to guide the oil to the cam sprocket.
As a result, oil is sprayed from the center of the cam sprocket by centrifugal force from the inside of the cam chain, increasing the durability and lubricating effect of the cam chain.
In addition, an oil jet passage is provided on the camshaft cam surface, so that oil can be sprayed from the cam surface and cooling and lubrication can be performed effectively.
The camshaft body is supported by ball bearings at both ends to reduce frictional resistance caused by the oil journal (genuine part type).
Also, the weight of the camshaft body has been significantly reduced compared to the super head (stage 3) camshafts through the use of an oil passage.
There are 3 types of camshafts with different profiles, SR-25 / SR-30 / SR-35, and they can be replaced according to the application.
The camshaft included in the kit is recommended by SP Takegawa.
Camshaft holder with oil lines
By installing a new oil line structure in the camshaft holder, the oil line is connected to the oil line in the cylinder head to enable detailed oil lubrication.
In addition, a passage for directing oil to the hollow camshaft with oil jet is provided to support lubrication of the camshaft and cam chain.
Cylinder
All aluminum ceramic cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness and heat dissipation is adopted for each displacement, and the oil outlet to the oil cooler and the stick temperature sensor attachment part made by SP Takegawa are equipped as standard.
Cylinder temperature can be measured by attaching SP Takegawa thermometer (with stick temperature sensor).
91cc (bore diameter 57mm)Cylinder fin shape is standard type
124cc (bore diameter 57mm)Cylinder fin shape is standard type
SCUT125cc (bore diameter 59.4mm) SCUT136cc (bore diameter 62mm) SCUT146cc (bore diameter 62mm):.Cylinder fin shape is big fin type
The Scat structure is a patented structure that allows a large increase in displacement without the need for crankcase disassembly and machining, and with a stock crankshaft.(excluding 146cc)
In addition, the scut cylinder is equipped with an oil jet mechanism, and just by installing it, it becomes an oil jet specification, and oil is directly injected from the cylinder sleeve to the inner wall of the cylinder, the back of the piston, and the small end of the connecting rod, so that lubrication and cooling inside the engine can be effectively performed.
Racing 120cc / 130cc (bore diameter 58mm)Cylinder fin shape is big fin type
The cylinder sleeve is made of thicker material for better durability in off-road driving and endurance racing.
Various pistons
The 124cc / 125cc / 136cc / 120cc / 130cc racing engines use cast aluminum pistons with a molybdenum coating on the piston skirt for better initial adhesion.
The SCUT146cc uses forged aluminum pistons.
Long stroke crankshaft (Stroke volume: 1.5 mm)48.5mm)
High performance crankshaft designed for optimum crankshaft weight balance against stroke volume.
The crankshaft and bearings are manufactured to a high degree of precision to achieve low vibration and greatly enhance the motion performance of the crankshaft.
In addition, the flywheel part of the shuffler
A special surface treatment has been applied to the top and bottom of the plate to improve fatigue strength and galling resistance.
The SCUT 146cc uses a special 48.5mm long stroke crankshaft.
