Essential items when it is cold
Jacket for Touring There are many short length even for winter, but waist circumference gets cold
Using this makes us feel the coldness around the waist.

Anyway it's cheap and there are good ones too.
Rib knit at the hem should be solid, Mokomoko at the torso is unavoidable if you think of purpose, I just want a little more twist on Velcro with tightening adjustment. I will start over again. Overall the CP value is high and I am satisfied.
