Under the severe use of high-tuned engine, the stock cam chain tensioner will be deformed and it will cause unexpected trouble.
The SPL cam chain tensioner is made of machined aluminum for increased strength.

Purchased to upgrade the Honda pressed steel arm, This arm is thicker and quality looks good. yet to fit, but all measures up the same as the OEM arm where it matters. This is being installed onto a Z50 Engine

When using the 4Valve head or Twin cam head, when changing from AutoTensioner to Manual tensioner, if the load of the Cam Churn is getting Large, it is a recommended item!
It is an invisible place, but the finish is also better than the NORMAL iron made lighter.

It exchanged for the Tensioner Arm in which sense of security is higher than a NORMAL constructing the bottom of the waist newly.
WPC and a hard Anodized are good touch.although it disappears well --
-- since a Flywheel is removed although this part is constructed, a tool is required.
