*Warning: Never use Golden and Hyper Sintered pads on cast iron rotors! *The year is not the year model announced by the manufacturer, but the year when it was first sold. *The stock pad has the same shape, but the thickness of the friction material is various. The life of the pad differs depending on the thickness of the friction material, even if the wear resistance of the material is the same as that of the standard pad. Also, the service life of the brake varies depending on the frequency of use. *Calipers (piston movement, etc.) and disc rotors (wear, mirroring, oil, coating from previously used pads, etc.) may prevent the original performance from being fully realized.Maintenance of related parts is also important. *There may be changes in product specifications due to the manufacturer's reasons.
* The item may be temporarily out of stock due to manufacturer shortages.
A commitment to durability. Perfect for the needs of general driving durability. The emphasis is on durability and comfort in general driving rather than performance in hard driving.
■Long-life pads The wear resistance of the sintered metal pad has been further refined and the wear resistance has been improved by about 10% compared to the Golden Pad.
■Hard to wear = Hard to wear out pads Since the pads are less worn, brake dust is less likely to be produced and the wheels are less likely to become dirty.
Points of Attention
* If there may be an instruction manual included, it will be written in Japanese.
This is the second pad replacement for a FRANDO forged caliper that is interchangeable with the OEM caliper that was put in shortly after the purchase of the new car. It is probably also available for the TIGRA OEM Caliper.
The same pad was used last time, and this is the second time. The mileage at the time of this exchange was 25,079 km, the last time was 6,000 km, so it seemed to have lasted about 19,000 km minus the difference. The pad that came with the FRANDOCaliper was replaced after about 6000 km, which is three times the mileage compared to that. Although it is a long life pad, it does not have high aggressiveness against the disc rotor or low coefficient of friction, which makes it difficult to work with. It may be due to the combination with the Vadal Disc Rotor, but it seems to fit in easily and braking power returned after a short distance.
What concerns me is the wear of the pin that holds the pad. This one has a noticeable with-stages wear at 25,000km. I made sure to get the dimensions right so that I could later use a lathe to make a stainless steel one.View Detail
I replaced the brembo with the expectation that it would work better, but I didn't know enough to feel it that well. How about durability? I guess I have high expectations.View Detail
I just installed it and haven't tested it yet, so I gave it 3 stars for durability and 3 stars for control. In fact, I was looking for Red Pad, but it was not adapted for brembo new Crab, so I came to this Pad which is cheap and has good control from your impressions! How does it feel when you chamfer it? Soft I don't expect it to be durable, but the Control seems to be decidedly good, doesn't it? I'll report back on how it works once I'm Touring again!View Detail
I used it on my DucatiSS900OEM rear caliper. This is the so-called old Crab caliper.
I bought the car used and I don't know how long it hadn't been replaced, but it wasn't working well and squeaking was embarrassing, so I replaced it.
I found when I removed the old one that the Brake Pads that came with it originally were the same. There was still some left in the tank but it was crusty and hardened, so I was happy to replace it.
The CaliperBody was lightly cleaned, the Piston was leaned out, and the Pad pin was greased up and installed.
It's a sintered pad, and it's a rear pad, so it doesn't matter how it works, but I feel much safer now because the previous one didn't work at all. I've also driven the Circuit and the Control is normal and good. It works almost as well in rain or shine. I think it's Standard in a good way.
I'm no longer embarrassed because I no longer squeal safely.View Detail
TIGRA 125's Rear can be replaced with Bolt-on FRANDO 9GA OEMPAD remains at 6000 km and 1. As I cut off 6 mm, I suddenly made a substitute thing, and found the product with firm dimensional display and bought it.
Indeed product information is important.
◆ Impression There is no problem with compatibility. I changed it to this Pad and did not do any air bleeding, but I felt the feel of Lever as Snap ? Is the friction coefficient raised? It is feeling that sufficient braking force is obtained with Lever input lower than before. ? I dropped Pad's Edge and applied PadGrease, but a key sound is generated at slow speed deceleration
This time cosa is good as it was purchased cheaply by webike and sale
Although it is necessary confirmation, I think that it can probably be used also for TIGRA's OEM Rear caliper.View Detail
