No99 Mini Windshield

I bought this after being referred to Webike Japan from another owner of a Royal Enfield Classic 350. I loved how the screen looked on their bike and decided to purchase the same. I did however dye the fabric emerald green to match my bike, then I applied a coating of wax to the surface to improve weather protection. Very easy to install, pretty much a universal fit and the size of the screen fit my bike perfectly. It's a very effective screen and in the winter months has been excellent in keeping the wind off my chest. Ordering and delivery on your website was easy, there were no hidden charges and the product came very well packed and in good timing. I am tempted to buy another as a back up! Would 100% recommend the product and I already have mentioned your site to other riders.

The bracket was bent to fit the angle at which I wanted to install it, so it was not a simple installation, but the wind protection effect is Large.

Motorcycles owned in the past (CD125、DREAMCB500T、CB750 RC42) was fitted with an Asahi windshield and I really liked it.
All of the past three cars were able to be pontooned with Pipe Handlebar, but the GB400TT I currently own is OEM and has Separate handle.
Dedicated to Pipe handle. I wanted to put the Asahi Windshield on the Separate handle GB as well, so I tried to make it work.


Additional Preparation
Hanging Band (Bracket to fix water pipes) 32A Quantity:2pc. Set
Elastic band 2mm thick×about 50cm
Total 490 yen.

The Pipe holder of the included for Pipe Handlebar is not used, but is fixed to the Front fork using the Hanging Band.
The GB Fork outer diameter is 35mm, which is just right for 32A with about 2 wraps of 2mm thick Elastic band.
The holes in the hanging band are pre-drilled and enlarged so that the M10 bracket can pass through them.
The rear end of the Bracket interferes with the Tank when the Handlebar is cut, so I used Jigsaw to cut off about 30mm of the rear end.

Once the Bracket is installed, the windshield and cloth Sauce are then attached with minor adjustments.
I was able to attach it as securely as when I attached it with the included Pipe clamp.


We immediately went for a test run.
GB400 is originally a forward leaning Position, so even No.99 MINI has sufficient windproof effect.
There is very little wind on the upper half of the body.
When the Helmet is lightly placed down, the view is over the Screen, and only the upper edge of the Helmet is exposed to the wind.
Before installation, I could not hear it because it was drowned out by the Wind Cutting sound, but after installation, it is nice to be able to hear the Engine sound well underfoot even when cruising.
The only demerit would be that the maximum speed and fuel consumption may be slightly lower because of increased aerodynamic drag.
