Rotating Bar Clamp HM10mm

There was Anodized defect like Black Stain.

There is also more visual importance when purchasing with performance emphasis so how about this one. I want a solid quality.

I installed on DJEBEL 250 XC, but Mounting Bolt is M5. I'd like to exchange Bolt eventually, but for reference.

Bolt used is M5, Length is 25 mm and 20 mm. Since it jumps out for a long time it looks X
OEM uses 15 mm, but with this product it is likely to fall off Bolt's shallow light.

It looks nice, but Anodized does not seem to like Jita as usual.

OEM Mirror clamp can be securely installed if it is tightened with the specified torque amount indicated on the operational manual.
However, since it becomes loose once you try to untighten it a bit, you cannot make it just right to have it rotate when it comes under great pressure.

All you need to do is to slowly tighten the up & low bolts that fix this bar clamp to the handlebar. If the bar clamp doesn't move even if you rotate it along with the mirror, you should retighten it for 1/4 extra and stop there.

It seems a little weak, but the resin sheet between the handle and this bar clamp will make it stick to the handle.

After this, the mirror will not tilt even if the motorcycle vibrates.
Moreover, in case the mirror receives great impact from fall, this ZETA Rotating Bar Clamp will relieve the shock by rotating itself. The mirror will not easily break if you have this bar clamp.

You might not be able to appreciate its value unless you actually fall. But you will be satisfied by the product itself for it is beautifully finished with anodized color and can become a decorative item.

As this part will not require overtightening of installation bolts, I am using an aluminum bolt instead (refer to the picture).

It can be tightened and worked even with aluminum bolts. Be assured.

All you need to do is to replace it with the existing bar clamp. So simple. But this part really works.

Not only that its anodized red color is cool, it also releases the impact on the left mirror or clutch lever by rotating in case you fall. As of today, neither the mirror nor the clutch lever of my bike are damaged. Very good indeed.

It's good because it isn't that expensive, and you get to receive the favor even before you realize.

ZETA is really good at doing anodized finishing.
You do not have to worry about color fading from ultraviolet light.

The picture shows the part which have been installed more than a year ago, but you will not see any color fading.

You may not notice its impact releasing power unless you fall, but it's better if you don't fall anyway.

If you drive safe, this item may become just a protection charm. But that will do.
