I bought this to prevent the Grip from tearing when I fall down.
However, even with this one, sand and dirt will get into the throttle between the Bar End and Grip.
I removed it because it caused Throttle to be reluctant to move, etc.

There is enough presence in Simple
I dated up MinimotoKSRPRO with ZETABar end plug!
Although it is a personal impression, it is a relatively simple design, but it is not conspicuous as expected, has a solid presence and is Large satisfied!
The thing that I used until now was the type that tightened Bolt and inflated the RubberDamper and it may be only for me, but I can not install it with Well by all means, so as to solve the problem this time Zeta Zeta Bar I replaced it with an end plug.
The ZETABar end plug has an inner diameter of 13. With the product corresponding to Handlebar of 5mm to 19mm, the Bar End's Size has a 35mmType that widely protects the Grip end and 29mmType with less sense of incompatibility even when grasping the end part, but since it is attached to MinimotoKSRPRO, 29mmType with exact Size feeling Choice.
Color got lost in various ways but avoid choosing the standard color and choosing a bit awful Titanium color.
Installation on Handlebar is easy and sure!
First, choose the plug that fits the inside diameter of Handlebar.
Next, through the Bolt to the End ring bar, Material : Combine Aluminum's Plug and TaperNut. (PlasticRing is attached to * Throttle side)
Then plug it into the Handlebar and tighten the Bolt with a 4 mm Hexagonal Wrench.
Then, the tip of the Plug spreads, the Knurl-processed tip surely holds the inside of the Handlebar and the kitchen is completely installed!
The product is very lightweight, the end part uses 6061 - t 6 Aluminum with strong strength, it is very beautiful treated with Color Anodized Aluminum processing!
Throttle operation is also Smooth!
Thanks to the ZETABar end plug, there is no worry of dropping out while driving, so I am able to run very comfortably!
By the way, the attached Handlebar is EFFEX EZ - FIT BAR [EFFEXEZ-FIT Bar] , Handlebar inner diameter is 14?.

I am using it for Yamaha's original two kinds off-road motorcycle, XTZ 125.
The Grip end of XTZ 125 is a Non-Penetrating formula, of the type whose Grip's Rubber covers the end part as it is. Therefore, if a branch interferes with the end of Grip due to running along a forest road or the like, Axel is forcibly turned, or Axel gets hard to return. It is extremely small possibility, but it is still a phenomenon that happens occasionally. So I bought a Bar end plug to protect the end part.
I will explain the structure of this Bar end plug together with the attached image. Tightening Bolt from the direction of Pink color, the Knurl processed part spreads in the direction of Green color. This Knurl process part is fixed by digging into the inside of Handlebar.
In the actual work, in the case of XTZ 125, it starts from the processing of the end of the Grip end. Cutter etc. cut out the Rubber at the end part into a circle of Large size through which this product goes, then insert Bar end plug and tighten the work. At this time, it is good to tighten in advance to some extent and spread the Knurl processed part. Since it can not be tightened without getting caught, the work will proceed easily by spreading it according to the inner diameter of Handlebar. Also, on the Axel side, there is something like a transparent Washer attached so as not to disturb the rotation of the Grip, but if you overconfidently confine it and tighten it, Axel will not move. So, I think that it is better to fix this place at a position with a margin rather than closely attaching it here.
I do not feel anything like a negative aspect by installation. I think that it is a good product that will complement the protection functionality and the apparent Dress-up. And usually Bar End has its own width and has a shape that protrudes out, but since it is made very thin, I do not want to have an off-road motorcycle with a wide Handlebar width, or a less prominent Bar End It is very good for people.
