Necessities for Exhaust System Removal/Installation

The exhaust pipe had been installed and the flange was bent due to over-tightening.
The Gasket was still crushed and stuck to the Cylinder.
With the Pick tool, I forced it off by sticking the Pick while pulling on the Gasket.
Cylinder was cleaned with foam Carburetor cleaner and Dustcloth, and exhaust pipe was cleaned with Oil stone.
When installing the Gasket, it is best to install it on a slightly inclined surface with the Front facing up so that the Gasket will not fall off.

Put in a new Gasket, tighten the exhaust pipe by hand, and set the Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) Tighten it to even etc.
If you get to the point where it will not tighten, adjust the exhaust pipe up or downQuantity:Pair (for Left and Right) The first time, the client shakes the machine to see if it is settled. Then tighten it again by hand.
When it got to the point where I couldn't tighten it anymore, I tightened it with an Offset wrench at about 90-degrees to 180-degrees to even etc.
If there are no exhaust leaks, the system is complete.
I think it is loose, so I recommend checking regularly or double nut. If you tighten it too much, it is not the end of the world.
I did not take pictures of the work since it is a friend's vehicle.

after five years

Dropping Carbon in the exhaust system in the rainy weather.
Naturally, the exhaust system has to be removed and the gasket has to be replaced.

It was cleaned because Carbon has accumulated in the Exhaust System.
It will stick to you again soon enough, but...

We've all had the experience of the Gasket falling off when installing an Exhaust System, and I guess.
It was a thing again, LOL.

I'm not sure about the performance of the Gasket itself, but I don't think it's much different than the OEM. It is.

However, after removing Carbon, I feel that the Engine is now in better shape.

Also available for new CBR 250 RR

New type CBR 250RR (MC51) I bought the Full Exhaust System of.
Although it seemed that the conformity confirmation was not yet obtained, purchase this here by the original bad.
Old type CBR 250 RR (MC22) There was a statement of. While considering the same size as 4 cylinder, order.
Result It was Don Pissha.
I think that one who is uneasy to purchase an OEM is better, but since it can be installed for the time being and there is no exhaust leakage, I will keep it as reference information.

The publication photograph of the product is subtle

As it is a HORNET 4 cylinder, it is necessary for four, but as long as I looked at the photograph of the posted item, it was clearly the copper color and Silver color "Quantity : 1 Set of 2pcs. "I only saw it. The text includes Quantity : 1 Set of 2pcs. I wrote that it is, but for myself who need 4 copper colors you can only buy 4 Pack. After all, the same goods that arrived were the same copper color "Quantity : 1 Set of 2pcs. "was.
Eventually I bought eight in 4Pack, and a bit of frustration remained.
There is no problem with the quality and precision of products.

good

Exhaust System Let's exchange Gasket whenever you replace it or remove it.
Used spinning is the cause of exhaust leakage.
If this is bad it will not be a talk.
It is an ordinary good item.
I pray that you will collapse and not break 1,000 times.
