Bias towards physical problems

Accidents can also happen to the riders themselves.

If you fall down, it's inevitable that you'll get hurt, in a sense. I often hear people say, "The body of the motorcycle is flashy and broken, but the human being is unharmed," but that's just because it's a rare thing that makes me want to brag, and people usually get hurt.

If you have been injured in a fall, it is recommended that you go to the hospital by ambulance if possible, as you may have unexpected damage that you are not aware of.

So, none of the following can be recommended. Also, I'm not a medical professional or anything. I could be writing the wrong thing. The decision is yours. I hope you will remember this when you find yourself in a situation where you have to manage on your own.

The cut won't stop bleeding.

In case of a very deep cut, a bandage may not be enough.

If you're just touring, that wouldn't happen to you, but if you're camp touring, you may or may not be able to cut yourself with a knife. It's easy to get cut while repairing a vehicle problem and cut your arm while sticking your arm in a narrow gap.

In such cases, standard first aid is useful.
It's Superglue! The strategy is to pull on both sides of the broken skin and attach the skin to the skin. It's a well-established military first aid method, so it should certainly work!

However, make no mistake, it is only the healthy skin and skin that is glued together, not the injured area itself. Instant glue does not work on the area that is bleeding in the first place. If you drop instant glue on the wound, it will stain tremendously and it will be the worst thing you can do because it hurts but it won't stick.

How do I know that, because of course, I've done it. More than 30 years ago, I was trying to close a cut with a box cutter, and when I dabbed it on the wound. Already, I thought I was going to pass out.

I broke a bone.

Give up on this one. There's nothing I can do about it.

Call an ambulance immediately. Being reckless will only increase the time it takes to fully heal, but it won't do you any good. There is no other option but to sit tight until the ambulance arrives.

I've come home a few times with a broken bone, not a very good one, but not something I can write about. It's quite reckless and you all should normally give up.

I hit it as hard as I could.

20200819_016.jpg
This is also common. You will always hit somewhere hard, especially if you fall while driving. Even if you don't have to be in a situation where you slide and hit something, if you fall to the ground from the height of the seat, you're bruised and confirmed.

First, calmly check your body movements! Is it just painful? Are the bones broken? If you have a broken bone, call an ambulance immediately, as mentioned above.
If there are no broken bones. Try not to move it as much as possible and leave quietly. There is no other option.
*Of course, if you can't make it, call for an ambulance!

Scratched with all my might

An unavoidable abrasion, commonly known as a scratch, when you fall down. It simply hurts, but your body moves and you can go home.

In that case, there is a way to make it a little easier. That means "keep your clothes from hitting the wound".

Often the clothes are torn during a fall, but it hurts when this piece of clothing hits the wound.

So unless it's the middle of winter in freezing temperatures or something like that, it's easier to tear off the clothing in the flawed area. This method often makes it even easier because you can dry the scratches with the running wind.

However, you'll be driving with a full wound, so there's no more to go after as a defense. You must drive many times more carefully than usual and make sure you never fall over.

I can't deal with physical accidents.

Unlike the body of a motorcycle that can be repaired, human beings are flesh and blood and cannot be repaired in an emergency. There is no way to heal it to some extent on the spot.

If you have pain, can't move, don't feel well, feel dizzy, have a headache, or feel nauseated never take it easy and call an ambulance. Even if there is no superficial damage, the interior could be damaged, which is a real danger.
