The YZF-R7 is equipped with double opposed 4-pot radial calipers, and the lever ratio is optimized for this caliper. (This area is determined by the pump diameter and lever ratio, so simply because the master diameter is 00mm doesn't mean it's OK!)
In other words, this master cylinder will fit most vehicles that use double disc opposed 4-pot calipers. Even if it is not a radial mount caliper, there is a great possibility that it can be used with conventional lateral mount calipers (axial mount calipers) as long as it is an opposed 4-pot double disc caliper!

The YZF-R7 has a separate reservoir tank mounted on the stem, so a reservoir tank bracket is required for pipe handlebar motorcycles, etc. Also, the master cylinder fixing parts do not have mirror holes, so if your mirrors are handlebar mounted, you will need to replace them with parts that have mirror holes.
The YZF-R7 ignores the features of today's sports motorcycles that have a high handlebar position in consideration of touring use, and comes with a separate handlebar feeling, so the master cylinder area looks like a racer replica of a long time ago. Therefore, if you want to use this master cylinder on another model, especially on a motorcycle with pipe handlebars, you will have to be creative.
First of all, the part that holds the master cylinder to the handlebar does not have a screw hole for attaching a mirror. Therefore, it is necessary to replace it with a fixing part with an integrated mirror holder. Also, since there is no place to fix the reservoir tank in almost all cases of diversion (which is natural since it is being used), a bracket to fix the reservoir tank is also required.
But don't worry! Since such requests have been made for a long time, there are a lot of parts available from various companies. All you have to do is pick and choose, and combine them with the parts of your choice! If you are already using such parts, you probably don't need to replace them, and you won't waste your money.
