This week's pickup impressions

I'm glad I bought it.

Rating: ★★★☆☆

My first full exchanger, I was not used to it, but I was able to manage it by myself. I had a hard time doing this because there were no instructions and I had to wing it. You'll find the necessary tools, pre-installation preparations, and installation notes right away, so look it up.

Installation

  • I could have done it without taking the center stand off, but it would have been easier to remove it.
  • The flange is installed first, and then the rest is hooked by the spring (see photo).
  • With everything in pieces, install it on the motorcycle from the cylinder head side, engage it, and hook it up.
  • Put the three exhaust pipes together lightly and press them into the head with a rubber hammer or something similar, then set the hooks in place.
  • The three pipes that are attached above and the pipe that plugs into the O2 sensor don't fit together very well, so you'll have to work hard here.

Each pipe should be fixed by a spring, and the spring should be hooked first.

  • Then, in the same way, fit it in, rubber hand, and hook.
  • Those two long springs look like they're used to attach the O2 sensor pipes to the toggle.
  • It's safer to keep the silencer wrapped in the buffer material as it might hit the motorocycle body.
  • The silencer fixing bolt is on the right foot side only, so you can remove the left one.

So that's what I'm gonna do. The sound is fun and loud (see the video on the manufacturer's site) (same sound as the blue SS).

Even if it smells like gas at first, the muffler seems to be getting used to it, and it will settle down soon, so as long as it's not leaking exhaust, it's OK.

I didn't feel much of a benefit from the lower fuel economy or lighter weight, but maybe the torque and power were a bit gone? The feeling of a. (Is it an exhaust leak?) It's a nice ride, so I personally don't really care for it.

As a general comment, I'm glad I bought it, it's cheap, sounds good, and fun.

However, the cover for the pipe to attach the O2 sensor shown in the picture was not there. But the cover for the pipe to attach the O2 sensor, as shown in the picture, was not there, as in other reviews. Why not? I want it.

>Webike has lots of exhaust systems!

This week we picked up the review from xelius, who tried his first full exhaust change! I'm glad to hear that you were able to install the motorcycle without the manual. Also, the fact that xelius' original instructions are written in the instructions is a good thing! Thank you for the great impressions! (Webike Staff: from Kenzie)
