Fun in cornering!
I changed the stock DUNLOP SPORTMAX GPR300 tires to the BATTLAX HYPER SPORT S22 tires because they had over 10,000 miles on them and showed signs of slipping.
Originally, I knew about these tires from magazines and YouTube, and I decided to change them at the recommendation of my friend's motorcycle shop.
It would have been helpful if the price was a little cheaper, but it's still new and difficult to find.
It seems to be sold at a special price in mass merchandisers sometimes.
As a newbie's review, I can honestly say that it's a really good tire.
The original GPR300s I had on were hard, or maybe it was the softness of the tires that I felt as soon as I switched them out and started riding them. The softness makes it easy to handle and allows you to lean the motorcycle into corners with ease.
It will absorb some bumps to some extent. I can't say for sure as I've only put 1000km on it, but I'll probably have to replace it with less than 10,000km of mileage compared to the GPR300 because of the softer tires.
Maybe it's not a good idea for a high-grip tire.
As a beginner, I don't drive on the track and only use it for touring and city driving, but I can still enjoy it and be satisfied with it. I can't rate the motorcycle against the wet, as I haven't driven it so far, but it's probably satisfactory.
