The FIM Endurance World Championship is saluting Johann Zarco after the Frenchman won his home MotoGP race this afternoon.
Honda rider Zarco, who was part of the Team HRC with Japan Post line-up that won the EWC-counting 45th Coca-Cola Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance Race in July 2024, triumphed in the rain-hit Grand Prix de France at Le Mans, which hosted the EWC season opener last month.
Zarco’s win was the first by a French rider in their home grand prix since Pierre Monneret finished first in 1954.
The 8 Hours of Spa Motos is up next on the EWC schedule with Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps preparing to stage the action from 6-7 June. Ticket information is available HERE.
