ARTEC marked its first FIM Endurance World Championship appearance as a permanent outfit by finishing the 24 Heures Motos as the runner-up in the all-new FIM Endurance World Trophy for production machinery
Completing the list of classified finishers in 39th position, ARTEC, which stands for Aspi Racing Team Endurance Compétition, endured three falls, damage to its Kawasaki motorcycles and the withdrawal of two of its four riders through injury.
The event also marked rider Damien Martin’s first 24 Heures Motos after he joined forces with team-mates Lionel Bergeron, Wayne Bourgeais and Mathieu Clement.
