Wójcik Racing Team’s all-Polish line-up of Kamil Krzemień, Jurand Kuśmierczyk and Artur Wielebski saved its best to last in the 2024 FIM Endurance World Championship with sixth place in Formula EWC during the season-deciding Bol d’Or earlier this month.

A result that vindicated Wójcik Racing Team’s decision to give the opportunity for three young Polish riders to gain experience in the EWC’s top tier also netted seventh place in the final FIM Endurance World Championship for Teams ranking at the end of Wójcik’s first season competing with Honda power.

“Together with the whole team, we rewrote history, reaching for the best result in the full Polish team in the general EWC classification,” said Grzegorz Wójcik. “This is the result of the incredibly hard work of many people both on the track and behind the scenes in Poland. I would like to wholeheartedly thank everyone involved in this success, especially the team manager, Sławomir Kubzdyl, who unfortunately for personal reasons couldn't be with us on the track during the last two rounds.”

Wójcik continued: “This is also the result of our brave decision to turn to Honda motorcycles, which turned out to be a hit. The CBR was not only exceptionally fast but also reliable, allowing the #77 crew to ride the entire season without a single tipper or major breakdown. We would like to thank both Honda Polska and Honda France very much.”

The Bol d’Or also marked Wójcik Racing Team’s young hopeful Mateusz Molik’s first appearance during an EWC event. Fresh from winning the Polish Supersport 600 title, Molik was at Circuit Paul Ricard in his capacity as Wójcik’s reserve rider.

Wojcik Racing Team’s #77 attack finished all three events it started in 2024 with 10th place in the 24 Heures Moto and 12th in the 8 Hours of Spa Motos.
