Kawasaki Launches “Kawasaki Team Green Program” to Encourage Participation in Motorsports

Kawasaki Motors Japan has launched the Kawasaki Team Green Program, a program to support riders who participate in motorsports.

This program is designed to support the motorsports and racing activities of users who enjoy motorsports on Kawasaki motorcycles, from those who are just starting out in motorsports and racing, to those who currently enjoy Sunday racing, to riders who compete in top-class races such as All Japan. This program is designed to support the motorsports and racing activities of users who enjoy motorsports on Kawasaki motorcycles.

The "Track Experience Privilege", "Cash Back for Race Entry", "All Japan Road Race / All Japan Motocross Prize Money, Ninja Team Green Cup / Trial" four programs to support riders.

Kawasaki Team Green Program

(1) Track Experience Special Offer

Customers who purchase a new Kawasaki motorbike (road model) will be entitled to a special discounted trial ride at a major track in Japan.

●Eligible customers: Any new Kawasaki motorbike (road model) that is eligible to obtain a license plate number during the period (KX/KLX series are not eligible).
Customers are not required to wear a racing suit.

●Period: Thursday 1 April 2021 - Friday 31 December 2021

- Tokachi Speedway
- Sportsland SUGO
- Twin Ring Motegi
- Tsukuba Circuit
- Fuji Speedway
- Okayama International Circuit
- Autopolis
- SPA Direct Entry

(2)Race entry fee cashback

During this period, if you purchase a new Kawasaki motorcycle and enter a qualifying race, you will receive up to 60,000 yen in cashback to cover the cost of entering the race.

●Eligible customers: Customers who purchased a new motorcycle between July 1, 2020 and October 31, 2021 and participated in an eligible race

●Cashback amount: All Japan Road Race / All Japan Motocross: 60,000 yen (tax included)
         Regional races, Ninja Team Green Cup, and other designated events: 30,000 yen (tax included)

*You can only apply for the race entry deposit cashback once during the race period.

●Participation period: January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021

●Application period: April 28, 2021 - January 31, 2022

(3)All Japan Road Race / All Japan Motocross prize money

Reward money will be given to those who place in qualifying races for the All Japan Road Race Championship and All Japan Motocross Championship.

● Contents
1)All Japan Road Race Championship / All Japan Motocross Championship riders who finish in the top six in each event will be rewarded with a set amount of money.
If more than one final race is held, only the one race (heat) with the highest finish will be counted (overall points will not be counted).

2) A predetermined reward will be given to those who finish in the top 6 of the annual ranking.

● Target Race
- All Japan Road Race Championship (JSB1000)/ST1000/ST600/(JP250)
- All Japan Motocross Championship (IA1/IA2/IB/L/JX)

(4)Ninja Team Green Cup / trial

This event is held in conjunction with major tracks in Japan with the hope that customers who are interested in super sports models but have never ridden on a track or want to try riding but don't know what to do will be able to broaden their enjoyment of motorcycles through this track event. This event is held in conjunction with major tracks in Japan.

●Ninja Team Green Trial
From classroom lectures on the knowledge and rules required for racing, to a track riding school and time trials, even those with no experience of track riding can enjoy this event while learning.

●Ninja Team Green Cup
This is a one-make Ninja ZX-25R race for beginners that even entry-level users can participate in and enjoy. The race will be an authorized MFJ-approved race with near stock specifications, making it an easy event for debutants.
