[Team KAGAYAMA] JRR Announces 2021 Action Plan and Racing Structure, Fully Participating in JRR JSB1000 and ST1000 Classes

Asia

Team KAGAYAMA has announced its activity plan and racing system for the 2021 season.

This season, the 11th year of the team's establishment, the team name is changed to "Team KAGAYAMA" like last year, and the team will fully participate in the "MFJ All Japan Road Race Championship Series JSB1000 Class", riding the SUZUKI GSX-R1000. Rider and team owner Yukio Kagayama is aiming for the top of the podium.

The team will also continue to compete in the ST1000 class, which started in 2020. The same rider as last year, Motoi Hasegawa (20 years old), will be aiming for a podium finish and the annual title.

He is also scheduled to participate in the Suzuka 8 Hour Endurance Race, his eighth challenge.

Thank you very much for your great support and encouragement for Team KAGAYAMA's racing activities. First of all, in the midst of the prolonged response to the new coronavirus, I would like to express my heartfelt praise and gratitude to all the medical personnel who are struggling day and night on the front line. Last season was an irregular year for this Corona disaster, and we apologize to our sponsors for the inconvenience and concern they caused us.

This season, together with our sponsors, we will do our best to win the championship. It is still a difficult time with the global situation still uncertain, but I look forward to the day when the new coronavirus is under control as soon as possible and we can meet again at the circuit with smiles on our faces. Thank you for your support.

Last season was an irregular year for me due to the Corona disaster, but I was still able to compete in the FIM CEV Repsol International Championship Moto3 Junior and it was a year of great growth for me. I will be competing in the ST1000 class again this season. We will do our best to meet your expectations, so please support us.
