BMW Motorrad has announced that it will begin accepting pre-orders for its first M model, the M 1000 RR, on February 1. Deliveries are scheduled for early summer this year. The manufacturer's suggested retail prices (including consumption tax) are 3,783,000 yen for the M 1000 RR and 3,783,000 yen for the M 1000 RR The M Competition Package is 4,280,000 yen.
The M 1000 RR is BMW Motorrad's first M model, bearing the name BMW M, a sub-brand of BMW. The BMW M 1000 RR, which is based on the current BMW S 1000 RR, is the one and the only model that can meet all the requirements of motorsport, from customer sport to WSBK, from head to toe.
In advance of the launch, a pre-order campaign will be conducted, in which those who pre-order the M 1000 RR during this period will receive a genuine 'M Motorcycle Floor Mat' featuring the M logo and design.
