A Kawasaki Z1 that was recently (photographed in the summer of 2020) put together in Bulldog's standard style. The basic concept of Bulldog's complete custom GT-M (Genuine Tuning Machine), which is "ultra-customized yet natural and usable as normal," is also reflected in this vehicle.

This is supported by Bulldog's original parts, which are sent out with the idea that "if we're going to make it, it should have better functions than the original." These are parts for making a complete vehicle, but they are also used to improve the base Z itself. The engine of this vehicle is made up of the standard menu of GT-M, such as the cross transmission, ultra-super Tarcaloy cast iron sleeves, and Pistol Racing forged pistons.

"Even though we say standard, we don't recommend this, but rather the customer's wishes take priority. We ask the customer how they use it, how they ride it, and what they like to use. After that, we make adjustments during production and choose something that is safe and high-spec.

The air-cooled Z was the latest model more than 40 years ago, but if you think about it now, it wouldn't run or stop. We have been working on it, hoping that technological advances can make up for those issues and make it fun to enjoy now. On top of that, we make it to suit each user. That's the complete custom, the GT-M," says Bulldog's Wakui.

The unique one-year or 5,000km warranty after delivery is a reflection of the high level of perfection of the GT-M, as well as the constant review of its parts. In other words, the GT-M is a selection of standard or effective parts for the latest Z at that time. In that sense, the oil pump, released in mid-2020, which has a highly precise gear system similar to the OEM, will surely become a standard, even for normal users. Thanks to the development and evolution of parts like this, the Bulldog & GT-M will have more and more new standard parts.
