Sanctuary's Nakamura explains the Mk.II in detail. As a complete production, it already has many custom features, but the owner specified a base color that goes from black to red, and the parts were selected in a calm color scheme with black as the main color. In addition, the use of the Nitro Racing titanium megaphone, which is now available as a one-off production, also expresses the smart individuality unique to this motorcycle.

As mentioned at the beginning, the engine is a life package, but the pistons are forged by DiNx, the fuel engine department of the store, and internal combustion engine work such as cylinder boring and honing, surface grinding, valve guide replacement, and seat cutting are also carried out at DiNx. This has become a standard menu for recent RCMs, and it is said to improve not only life but also smoothness and other feeling.

"The pistons and machining are both precise, and this kind of result is achieved. At the same time, it also improves the skill of our mechanics, who decide on the numbers and order the machining (and assemble it when it returns from machining). It's a small thing when you look at the details, but the accumulation of these things makes the vehicle more complete. The original air-cooled four-cylinder feel of the Z series remains the same, but the sense of power and reliability increase. In other words, it gives you a greater sense of security."

In terms of providing peace of mind, we would also like to draw your attention to the follow-up service provided after completion. This vehicle was ordered from afar, and after delivery, a small amount of oil leaked out of the engine. It was a defect in a sealing nut of the level that would occur in an industrial product, but the shop covered the transportation costs of the motorcycle, repaired and resolved the issue, and then re-delivered it. By not only building the motorcycle but also dealing with such initial defects, customers' concerns are reduced. This can also be said to be an important evolution in the environment surrounding complete motorcycles.

Detailed Description

The meter area is based on the OEM, and the Sculpture 43 Stem Kit TYPE-1 is fitted with a Daytona RCM Concept Handlebar. The clutch is hydraulically driven, and both the left and right master are Brembo RCS.

Oku Susumu was in charge of painting the body color, which is a gradation color from black to red based on the owner's original idea.

The front of the tank changes from black to red, the top of the side covers and the first half of the tail cowl remain red, and the tail and bottom of the side covers are black again (the front fender starts off red and finishes black, connecting with the body color). The seat is a Daytona RCM concept seat.

The footpegs are Nitro Racing and the drive chain is EK530RCM BK;GP (black/gold), which also matches the body color well.

The engine is a 1045cc engine with DiNx φ71mm forged pistons. Boring, honing, cylinder/head surface grinding, valve guide replacement, seat cutting, and other internal combustion engine processing are performed by DiNx, and the valves are PAMS HF valves. The oil cooler is Earl's x Nitro Racing 9-inch 13-stage, and the electrical system is Wotani SP2.

The intake is by a TMR φ36mm carburetor. The frame is reinforced with Sanctuary ST-II with dimensions suitable for 17-inch wheels, and has a wide laydown and chain line trajectory.

The exhaust system was once part of the product lineup, but this time it is a one-off production, the Nitro Racing Hand-Bent Titanium Megaphone EX.

The Nobrest OHLINS upright φ43 E×M package is equipped with an Ohlins RWU fork, and the front brake system is set up with a BREMBO 484 cafe racer caliper + SUNSTAR RCM concept disc φ320.

The rear brake is a combination of Brembo P2 34 caliper and Sunstar φ250 disc.

The rear suspension is a wide swingarm + OHLINS Legend twin shock absorber exclusively for Sculpture R.C.M. The front and rear wheels are O.Z Racing aluminum forged, GASS RS-A 3.50-17/5.50-17 sizes.
