Moriwaki Engineering's slip-on exhaust ZERO ANO for the CBR600RR has passed government certification testing for the 2024 model (model: 8BL-PC40) and is now available for use on public roads.
It achieves smooth rotation characteristics from the mid to high-speed ranges and increased power at peak times. The tone changes after the original exhaust valve opens, allowing you to enjoy a voluminous deep bass or an exciting high note that resonates in your heart depending on the RPMs. The shortened silencer and anodized titanium material make it 2.5kg, approximately 42% lighter than the original (2BL-PC40).
Additionally, the rear step kit, fender eliminator kit, and engine slider have also been confirmed to be compatible with the 2024 model. All of these are popular products that owners should check out.

Looking forward to the full exhaust system ZERO GP for the CBR600RR
Some people may associate the full exhaust system for the CBR600RR with the “ZERO GP” that was released with the PC37. The ZERO GP was a 4-2-1-2 layout muffler based on feedback from the MD211VF, a wild card entry in MotoGP by Moriwaki Engineering at the time. It still has a strong fan base and was used on the CBR600RR and CBR1000RR in the production model. We look forward to the return of ZERO GP with the evolved CBR600RR and CBR1000RR-R.
