FIM Endurance World Cup squad Holland Motorstore Racing as recruited Tomás de Vries as its fourth rider for next week’s 24H SPA EWC Motos.

The Dutchman, who has achieved success racing in Great Britain and Spain, will provide the crucial back-up role to the team’s three race riders, Jaivy Eikelenboom, Xavier van Duffelen and Martin van Ruitenbeek.

I am very excited to participate in the Spa round together with the new Holland Motorstore Racing Team, said de Vries, who will be making his EWC debut when Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps hosts the second round of the EWC season from 16-18 June. I'm also very curious about the riding experience on their Yamaha R1.

Holland Motorstore Racing is a newcomer to the EWC in 2023. As well as chasing FIM Endurance World Cup points, the team is eligible for the Dunlop Superstock Trophy. It finished 26th overall and 14 among the Superstock contenders in April’s season-opening 24 Heures Motos at Le Mans.
