Motobox Kremer Racing has confirmed plans to contest the 44th Coca-Cola Suzuka 8 Hours Endurance Race from 4-6 August.

The German team, which placed 11th in the Formula EWC category in the 24 Heures Motos last month, highlighted the backing it has received from loyal sponsors and supporters, especially Bücher Bau – Schlüsselfertiges Bauen from Idstein for making its participation in Japan’s round of the FIM Endurance World Championship possible.

Geoffroy Dehaye plus new-for-2023 recruits Daniel Rubin and Christian Napoli are expected to ride the squad’s #65 Yamaha at Suzuka.

Motobox Kremer Racing’s Georg Haas said: We are very satisfied with the way the season has gone so far. At Le Mans we initially had some bad luck but, in the end, we got a good result. Thanks to our strong sponsors, we can now look forward to the next three classics on the EWC calendar. We are particularly looking forward to returning to Suzuka. Before that, we want to build on the strong result from the start of the season in Spa – our riders are in good spirits.
