To be honest,  Vespa "Primavera 125" is this kind of bike!

The Vespa Primavera 125 is a scooter in the small motorcycle class from Italian motorcycle manufacturer Piaggio. Piaggio is a large company with many other brands besides Vespa, such as Moto Gucci, and Aprilia. It is the largest company in Europe and the fourth largest in the world.

Vespa is a specialized brand that has been making only scooters for many years and has been loved for its unique styling and ride quality. The Primavera represents the small-displacement category in the Vespa lineup. It is a scooter with a long history, 50 years since the first model was introduced.

Vespa is considered special among the many scooters. The reason for this is its long history and its consistent policy of building chassis. The Vespa body is a steel monocoque body. A typical scooter has a frame made of pipes covered with a plastic cover.

However, scooters made by Vespa are made entirely of metal, with the body part covering the engine and serving as both the exterior and the frame. This unique structure was conceived to reduce body weight and achieve features such as step-through and has not changed since the brand was launched in 1946. Naturally, the Primavera 125 also uses a steel monocoque body.

Another Vespa particularity is the cantilevered front steering wheel. This is said to be a remnant of the fact that Piaggio was originally an aircraft manufacturer and adopted the cantilevered type to facilitate tire changes on fighter planes.

The Primavera 125 is powered by an air-cooled single-cylinder SOHC 3-valve engine.
To address environmental issues, the intake system uses injection. The maximum output of 10.7 PS is not exceptionally powerful, but it is sufficient for a small two-wheeled scooter.

The transmission is automatic with a common CVT system. The wheels mounted on the traditional cantilevered front suspension are 12 inches to ensure stability. The front brakes are disc brakes with large-diameter 200mm rotors and ABS. The instrument panel, which prominently features an analog speedometer with an authentic design, is also equipped with an LCD panel that displays the fuel gauge, mileage, and current time.

While the Primavera 125 is equipped with solid performance and features as a city commuter, it is impossible not to mention its high fashion sense. The rounded steel monocoque body and round-eyed LED headlights are in perfect harmony, mixing authenticity and modernity. It is not just a nostalgia bias, but also incorporates modern features and design, as one would expect from a motorcycle of this caliber.

Primavera is the Italian word for spring, and the pastel colors of the Vespa are true Vespa.
It is truly a neo-classic of the scooter world. If you are looking for a different kind of scooter that is not just about convenience, this is an attractive machine for you.

Primavera 125 Owner's Voice

Here are some of the most impressive voices among the many reviews.

Motive for purchase, intended use, and comparative models There is no specific vehicle for comparison. I looked for a standard one, but the store near me was sold out by the end of the year, so I decided to go with this one even though it was far away.
Advantages/Satisfactory points  Bought it to go farther than a bike.
I don't like the look of it, but I like it!
Maybe a Japan 125 would lash better? I don't know because I haven't compared them, but I don't think I care how it runs, but it feels solid because of the monocoque body.
Disadvantages/Dissatisfactory points The steering wheel angle is not as good as expected, and pushing and pulling are troublesome.
I don't think anyone would use it for commuting, so it doesn't matter, but I don't want to park it in a narrow parking lot.

Motive for purchase, intended use, and comparative models I think I've had enough of the style of motorcycles that stimulate my appetite for new models and prompt me to buy new ones, and I've come to the conclusion that I want to buy a Vespa product that is somewhat complete and has an unchanging design. I thought I would ride it for another 30 years or so until it became vintage.
Advantages/Satisfactory points  The finished design of Primavera is just fine.
The start is slow, to begin with, so elegance is a priority, and you can put yourself in a different dimension from the crazy riders who want to blast off at the start of a traffic light. However, the acceleration from around 60km/h is very nice with the power and acceleration that is typical of a 125.
Disadvantages/Dissatisfactory points Good and bad points.
Since it is a steel scooter, the vehicle is heavier than a Japanese moped class 2, and the starting dash is donkey-turtle (lol).
Advice for prospective buyers For people who want to run elegantly.
It is for those who have reached a certain level of maturity, and who have freed themselves from childish things such as sharp design, speed, and performance. However, on main roads, it can be used like a 125 and can also be used on a motorcycle.
The advantage of a moped scooter is its low maintenance cost (tax, insurance, etc.), so if you are looking for elegance in a scooter (although the price is expensive), this scooter will satisfy your desire to ride and own a moped.

Motive for purchase, intended use, and comparative models When I went to my father-in-law's house, I happened to see it, so I stopped by the store, saw it, touched it, and straddled it.
(Manufactured from this year? It seems that it is no longer locally produced), but the name and body are OEM Italian Vespa.
Because it has a finish that matches modern riding while inheriting the old appearance.
Advantages/Satisfactory points  The sass is a feature that is quite nice.
It is not hard, but not so soft either.
The gauges are very easy to read.
Disadvantages/Dissatisfactory points The seat is good, but the seat is hard, and I think the problem is that my buttocks get sore after riding on it for a little while. I don't think it would be so easy to solve the problem by putting a thin low-resilience foam sheet or something like that. I think it would be necessary to fundamentally rethink the design of the seat.
And no anchorage. And the maximum speed is bad.
The price is high.
Advice for prospective buyers After all, it feels good to drive a foreign motorcycle.
It is more expensive than Japan motorcycles, but if you like this aspect, you may want to buy one!
