The CRF300L has just been announced in Thailand and Europe, and we would like to reiterate our prediction for the domestic market. In Japan, the CRF250L will be released in late January, with the <S> and Rally to be launched at the same time.
Even if it complies with emission regulations, power output remains the same, and vehicle weight is increased by 1kg.
Swift Gray, the new color announced for the 2023 model year in Thailand and Europe, will likely be available in Japan only on the STD, which has a seat height of 830mm. On the other hand, the CRF250L <S> with a seat height of 880mm will be available in Extreme Red as before, and the STD's red color is likely to be discontinued.
Swift Gray has a map contour line pattern in the shroud and side cover graphics, creating an adventurous image. In addition, the main frame, seat rail, and swing arm have been changed from silver to matte black for a more intrepid image.
As for the mechanism, the 2023 CRF250 Rally will be compliant with the 2020 emission regulations, while maintaining the maximum output of 24 PS at 9000 rpm, and the weight of each model will be increased by 1 kg. The CRF250L is expected to be equipped with knuckle guards as standard equipment.
The CRF250L is expected to be priced at (approx.) 4630 USD, up 165 USD, and the CRF250 Rally at (approx.) 5695 USD, up 175 USD, with an expected launch date in late January 2023.
