Unfortunately, Valentino Rossi missed the race at Gran Premio Michelin® de Aragón in Spain held on October 16-18, 2020.
He already tweeted that he was positive after tested twice for COVID-19 and felt disappointed about it. Therefore, he had to undergo self-isolation in order to follow the protocol. Probably, he will also miss the 2nd round at Gran Premio Liqui Moly de Teruel scheduled this coming October 23-25, 2020.
The quick 'PCR test' result was negative, just like the test underwent on Tuesday. But the second one, of which the result was sent to me at 16:00 this afternoon, was unfortunately positive, Rossi tweeted.
