Carbon Exterior Parts

Unlike conventional wet carbon, dry carbon parts are made from prepreg (a sheet of carbon fiber pre-impregnated with resin), which is also used in aircrafts, and then baked in an autoclave after a vacuum packing process. Machined Aluminum Parts

These parts are machined from high-strength aluminum alloy (A6061-T6). An anodized finish is applied to prevent discoloration and corrosion on the surface and to improve abrasion resistance, thus preserving the beautiful appearance for a long time.

Axle Sliders

Axle sliders protect the axle shaft in the event of a fall. The tip cap is made of high-strength aluminum alloy (A6061-T6), machined and color anodized. The anodized aluminum alloy is available in a total of five colors (blue, black, gold, red, and titanium). The subtle glimpse of color from inside the slider gives it a classy look. POM (polyoxymethylene) is used for the body material. It is a standard material for sliders and is a reliable resin with strength and rigidity that allows the slider to glide without catching on the road surface. The main body and aluminum tip cap, which may be damaged in a fall, can be purchased separately as repair parts, so there is no need to worry about minor scratches.
