YOSHIMURA has released a Full Exhaust Straight Titanium Cyclone 4-2-1 for the Z1! It is machine-bent and features a double pipe structure. Delivery of the product will commence from June, 2025.

A 4-1 look with 4-2-1 structure inside! Get classic style with high torque!

YOSHIMURA's full exhaust system for the Z1 was the talk of the town when it was displayed at the Osaka and Tokyo Motorcycle Shows last month. Although it looks like a classic 4-1 straight cyclone on the outside, it is in fact a 4-2-1 layout inside, using a double pipe structure.

The main material used is titanium alloy, which is lightweight, strong, and highly corrosion resistant. A high-precision stainless steel machined spigot is used for the exhaust port connection, and the head pipes can be easily removed by simply removing the springs. The two-piece split structure improves serviceability and allows for remaking of glass wool, and a repainting service is available to maintain the same performance and appearance as new for a long time.

Furthermore, the layout has been reconfigured to provide for a deeper bank angle, and a conical header construction is used to achieve torque-oriented output characteristics. The YOSHIMURA Full Exhaust Straight Titanium Cyclone 4-2-1 is a must have for Z1 owners.
