Excited to see and ride these fully customized bikes!

The various bikes presented here are just a few of the complete K-Factory machines that have been built over the past few years. What is interesting is that they purchase new models on the day they are released and immediately convert them to full custom. For the main custom models, not only in-house made parts such as exhausts, billet parts, and swingarms, but also high-performance suspensions and ultra-lightweight wheels from other companies are installed. Depending on each bike's characteristics, tires and other components are also swapped, and setups are made based on road tests.

Even the suspension and brakes are modified on these "rideable" customs!

As for the Z900RS, K-Factory has been actively developing parts since its debut. They purchase bikes brand new, and as parts development progresses, the variety of complete custom models increases. For their house specialty, exhausts, they have countless slip-ons and full exhaust systems in their lineup. Preparations to fulfill the aspirations of all kinds of riders are always in motion and they already have parts available for the 2023 model.

ZRX1200 DAEG

■ CLR-RG+ Full Exhaust Hexagon Silencer: 280,500 JPY

K-Factory offers a wide variety of parts for the ZRX series, from the ZRX1100 to the ZRX1200 DAEG. In addition, a number of DAEG demo bikes with different variations have also been produced so far. The latest version has a funneled throttle body as well as a reinforced suspension. Of course, a sub-computer is also used to set the fuel mixture.

Ninja ZX-25R

■ Full Exhaust Hexagon Silencer TYPE SP: 203,500 JPY

A full exhaust was produced immediately after the start of sales in 2020. In addition to two types of titanium full exhausts, the SP type, which emphasizes sportiness by turning the engine all the way up to high rpm, and the standard type, which emphasizes ease of handling, a race exhaust pipe is also available. Clip-on handlebars and footpegs can be used for precise position adjustment.

In pursuit of the ideal exhaust pipe, even the engine oil pan is customized!

ZEPHYR1100

■ CLR-R Exhaust Pipe: 140,800 JPY (race-only part)

This full exhaust has an ideal curve from the tip of the exhaust pipe to the silencer. The greatest feature of K-Factory's exhausts is that they achieve the beauty of a hand-bent pipe through machine bending. The FCR carburetor has been installed for total tuning of the intake and exhaust systems, and the suspension has also been set up.

Trial and error in assembly of pivots and links to achieve 17-inch front and rear!

GPZ900R

■ Titanium Full Exhaust "D-Header": 257,400 JPY

Everything from the engine to the body is fully customized. To accommodate the 17-inch wheels, the rear suspension links were reassembled several times and the frame pivots were lowered. The result is a bike that looks great with the latest 17-inch radial tires.

Ohlins front and rear suspensions to make the huge body easier to handle!

HAYABUSA

■ Titanium Full Exhaust Dual Hexagon Silencer: 550,000 JPY

K-Factory got their hands on a 3rd generation HAYABUSA on the day of its release and took it apart on that very same day. Within a week, they had already designed this full custom and it was the talk of the town. The gold-colored dual exhaust is very powerful. The finely adjustable handlebar and step position parts are a must-have for handling this huge machine with ease! In addition to the company's own parts, front and rear Ohlins suspensions and carbon parts made by Magical Racing are also installed.

Another full custom announced within a few days of the bike's release!

KATANA

■ CLR-RG+ Full Exhaust Hexagon Silencer: 291,500 JPY

Like the HAYABUSA above, this KATANA also began being customized on the day of its release. The process can still be seen on the YouTube program Motor Station TV. The triple tree supporting the Ohlins front fork was immediately measured. The raised handlebars were mounted low. Collars for the BST carbon wheels were made on the spot. And the tail was extended with billet parts to create a KATANA-like silhouette!

Aiming for a casual fun bike for the track!

YZF-R7

■ CLR-RG+ Full Exhaust Hexagon Silencer: 253,000 JPY

"I think it would be fun to ride around on the track with friends on a bike customized like this," said Mr. Kuwahara, president of K-Factory. This YZF-R7 is a direct result of his idea. In addition to the exhaust, step, and handlebars, a Gears rear suspension was installed to provide good maneuverability.

Immediate customization of Honda Twins starting from the Africa Twin!

NT1100

■ Titanium Full Exhaust Hexagon Silencer: 280,500 JPY

This NT1100 features a chic body color with a gold heat-colored full exhaust system. The exhaust pipes and silencer are made of titanium, achieving a significant weight reduction. Although we were unable to introduce them here, K-Factory also offers a variety of exhausts for Honda's 125cc category that match the character of each bike.

REBEL1100

■ Titanium Full Exhaust Hexagon Silencer: 272,800 JPY

This Rebel is equipped with an Africa Twin type 270-degree crank and an unequally spaced explosive two-cylinder engine. The titanium full exhaust system is set up to clearly convey the pulse of the engine. The front and rear Ohlins suspensions ensure a high quality ride. The radiator core guard and sliders are also popular parts!
