The DELTA race-specific "Barrel 4" model is now available for the CRF250L/RALLY ('21-) and KLX230 ('20-). Dirt Freak (the company behind the DELTA brand) has put all they have into designing this exhaust system to maximize the potential of your trail bike.

Developed for use in enduro and motard races

Developed in pursuit of improved exhaust efficiency and exhaust pressure balance, this exhaust has succeeded in increasing power output in all RPM ranges. The Barrel 4 Silencer balances the conflicting characteristics of exhaust efficiency in the high rpm range and torque in the low and mid rpm ranges by incorporating a multi-stage expansion type mid-pipe, and is now available for the CRF250 RALLY and KLX230.

The surface of the silencer has a hairline finish, and smooth exhaust flow is ensured by using the appropriate size internal restrictor for each bike model. A multi-stage expansion type is used for the mid-pipe to provide a chamber effect, which improves the torque feeling in low and mid RPM ranges.

To install, you simply need to replace the stock exhaust, and the original bolts can be used without modification. In general, no resetting is required for a stock bike, and DELTA performance can be experienced immediately.
