ACTIVE Round Oil Cooler Kit

Due to a drop in production of the round core and fittings, which were produced by Earl's in the US and are core parts of the Round Oil Cooler Kit, sales had been temporarily suspended since last summer, spurring ACTIVE to begin in-house development. The fruits of their labor were unveiled at the Tokyo Motorcycle Show, and Round Oil Cooler Kits have now finally gone back on sale.

The brand's original Round Oil Cooler Kits are designed specifically for each bike model, optimizing the core size, oil line extraction method, and hose length. In addition to versions compatible with popular discontinued bikes, the kit is also available in 9-inch 10/13-row and 11-inch 13/16-row (both with two hose sizes, #6 and #8) universal versions, so you are sure to find one that fits your needs.

And don't worry, the Straight Oil Cooler Set that used Earl's fittings and Setrab core will continue to be sold with the fittings replaced with those made by ACTIVE.

The round core, now completely made in-house. The photo shows the 11-inch 16-row version for the Zephyr 1100. The in-house production has reduced circulation loss in the oil passage and improved cooling efficiency.

Two color variations are available: Silver and Black. The oil line extraction on the model-specific versions uses a #8 hose in some cases, such as for the Z1000J/R.

The mounting brackets and side collars machined from aluminum are, of course, also ACTIVE originals.

Prototype equipped on a DAEG demo bike displayed at the Tokyo Motorcycle Show. The VMAX1200 and ZRX1200R/1100 also have a special Round Oil Cooler Kit to be installed along with ACTIVE's Big Radiator (sold separately).
