Welcome to Webike Magazine
Hi, my fellow motorcyclist friends, my name is Ryan G. and I would like to welcome you to this whole new section of Webike Global.
I know, I know, since we already have the News section why bother to have another one? Well, it’s a totally different section. Here’s why: honestly speaking, even though we have a lot of contents for the News section but they are mostly, if not all, translated from our Japan domestic site by Google Translate and a lot things don’t make sense. It’s pretty hard to read and a lot of contents are for Japanese riders. So what we want to do in 2021 is to create a new section called Webike Magazine to create ORIGINAL content that for oversea users.
Allow me to introduce myself a little. I went to the United States and lived in California for almost a decade, and California is still the place that I’d trade my soul to live there simply because that’s the place a motorcyclist could ever asked for. I finished my school there and had a job that I didn’t like too much. By the time I was doing a custom CB750 cafe racer project and was basically stuck by the carb – those CV carb is just so hard to tune with a pod filter. Long story short, I then decided to put a CR-Special carb (mechanical) on it instead of the big, heavy, hard-to-work-on CV carb and when I search on the internet of where could I buy one, I found Webike. They were selling it pretty cheap so I purchased it, installed it, and was happy with their service. Little did I know when I came to Japan two years later, I joined the company and became the Webike Magazine editor.
What we strive to do here is create contents that are fun, easy to read (‘cuz they are originally written in English!), useful, and informative contents for all the riders around the world. We hope you can find a lot of custom ideas here, develop more Made in Japan motorcycle brands, and of course, have fun reading my opinions about motorcycles and motorcycle industry. Currently we don’t have a comment function but it will be introduced in the near future, and I really want to hear your feedback by the time of how did I do, what kind of contents you want to read, and how you can be related to our contents. I know Webike was not doing a good job for its global site, but you can trust me that we are trying hard to make it better and better. Follow our Instagram here and let us listen to your voice, speak up, and let’s build this place up together. If you share the same feeling with me, simply share our articles to your friends and riding group, together we could expand this section and will allow us to create even more contents! (videos hopefully)
