SANCTUARY's Z1

The Z1's early yellow ball pattern is finished in gold and contrasted with the tightened black undercarriage. AC Sanctuary's complete custom, RCM (Radical Construction Manufacture). Each of the high-brand quality parts, such as Ohlins suspension, Brembo brake system, and forged wheels by O-Z Motorcycle, have updated. In this context, the engine has evolved significantly.

Machining bike engine parts improves engine precision, resulting in a quieter and smoother ride. Specifically, DiNx technology can be used to improve the performance of valve guides by modifying them, machining the ports and cutting the seats more precisely, and fully rebuilding the crank. Additionally, improving connecting rods and other parts in the future will add precision to the entire. These precision machined bikes provide a more comfortable riding experience, from the body and exterior to the engine. This meticulous manufacturing process makes the bike more sophisticated and precise.

Handle

Sculpture Φ43 stem kit TYPE-1 with Z stock meter and Daytona RCM concept handlebar for natural position setting. The left and right master cylinders are Brembo RCS.

Bodyworks

The gold fireball pattern, which looks like a mix & match of early yellow balls and fireballs, is painted at Okushin.

The seats are equipped with RCM concept seats. The blinkers were chosen to be small.

Engine

The 1105cc engine features Vossner Φ73mm Forged Pistons, DiNx Φ5.5mm stem with lightweight big valves and special guides, seat cutting, surface grinding, boring, precision honing, crank full rebuild, twin plugs, and more. All of these efforts were made to ensure a long-lasting and high-performance engine.

Intake & Exhaust

The carburetor is a TMR-MJN Φ38mm Yoshimura dual stack funnel. The funnel is black and gold to match the body color.

Chassis

Steps are by Nitro Racing. The frame has had the necessary work done, including Sanctuary ST-II reinforcement and rear shock laydown modifications.

Front forks are Ohlins RWU forks (Φ43mm). Front brakes are Brembo .484 calipers and Sunstar Premium Racing "RCM" concept discs.

Rear brakes are Brembo CNC P2 34 calipers + Sunstar RCM Concept disc Φ250mm. Exhaust system is Nitro Racing Weld Titanium.

The swingarm is a Sculpture R.C.M. exclusive wide swingarm. Wheels are O-Z Racing's Forged Aluminum, GASS RS-A in 3.50-17/5.50-17 sizes.
