Webike's Opinion
Here is a "YAMAHA YZF-R1M" custom by Webike community user "WALTZ". This YZF-R1M has been reborn as a completely new type of supersport model that allows the rider to concentrate on riding. Its owner dedicated himself to custom the bike so much as to be impossible again in his motorcycle life. One of the points that attracts people to this bike is its coloring, which makes use of the carbon of the cowl and the aluminum of the tank. The silencer used to be long and extended to the rear, but it was replaced by a slip-on titanium exhaust of AKRAPOVIC e1 spec., which gives the rear a cleaner look. U-KANAYA's folding R-type aluminum billet levers are easy to install, high quality, and above all, the owner's favorite. At the beginning, he had some discomfort with the operability of the lever, but now he can ride the bike perfectly without any such concerns. The front and rear suspension is equipped with Ohlins "ERS" (Electric Racing Suspension), and a CLEVERWOLF tank protector has been installed to eliminate the risk of scratches and give the bike a higher quality apperance. The owner has ridden it in all kinds of situations, including day touring, mountain roads, and track riding. According to him, since this YZF-R1M was originally built for racing, it is not suitable for touring, but is best enjoyed on the track with high-performance tires.
