The Best Companion: YAMAHA SR400 Custom
Webike's Opinion
Here is a "YAMAHA SR400" custom by Webike community user "Rinmu". The exhaust is a POSH PCM Stainless Steel Cabton Type Exhaust System. It delivers clean exhaust with a beating sound characteristic of a single-cylinder engine, while keeping the noise volume low. The brakes are equipped with DAYTONA Golden Pad χ brake pads for superior control performance. ALCAN hands iGrips for Φ22 handlebars, made of the highest quality natural rubber, are attached to reduce the burden on the rider when riding long distances. The grips' moderate hardness and larger diameter width ensure a comfortable hold. The HARDY Road Bar Low is mounted for its well-balanced rigidity, vibration absorption, and flexibility. For the seat, K&H Double Seat Type 3A with Selectable Stitch Color and Standard Leather Piping, which is half the thickness of a normal seat but still resilient, is used for comfort and a stylish appearance. POSH light-weight LED turn signals are selected for high visibility and a sleek look. A DAYTONA RR Dipstick Oil Temperature Gauge is used, which is vibration resistant and can be used as an oil level gauge. The front and rear sprockets are by SUNSTAR, which boasts wear resistance and durability. The WM carburetor is chosen for reliable acceleration. The rear suspension is by OHLINS, ensuring stability and maneuverability at all speeds. While maintaining the original appearance, the lightweight YAMAHA Cast Wheel Set improves maintainability. The owner says this bike is good for all-purpose riding, from commuting to touring.
