The Ultimate Daily Ride: SUZUKI V-STROM250SX Custom
Webike's Opinion
Here is a "SUZUKI V-STROM250SX" custom by Webike community user "Yahoo-taro". The owner uses this bike for daily commuting. What he’s most satisfied with is the high seat height, which provides great visibility. He also loves the excellent fuel efficiency, achieving 42 km/l when riding slowly and 38 km/l even when pushing the speed.
The exhaust has been replaced with the beautiful stainless-steel BEAMS R-EVO Full Exhaust System. It’s become much lighter, dropping from the stock 6.7kg to 3.9kg. According to the owner, “It sounds so good that I was moved.” Additionally, the combination with the DAYTONA Exhaust Pipe Guard and the DAYTONA Pipe Engine Guard is perfect, maintaining excellent clearance. After installing the DAYTONA Engine Guard, the rear end looked a bit bare, so the owner added a SHAD 3P System Fitting Kit to enhance rigidity and improve the appearance. While there are no plans to install side case boxes at the moment, the owner is very pleased with the perfect fit and sleek look. For the wheels, MDF Rim Stripe 6M were applied. By adding an accent in the same color as the body, the black wheels stand out and achieve a stylish look. Both front and rear brake pads have been replaced with DAYTONA Red Pads. The rear pad, in particular, is more visible, and like the wheel rims, it complements the bike’s orange color nicely.
This September, the owner attended his first V-Strom meet-up, where he was inspired by the various customs of other V-Strom riders. He’s determined to attend again next year.
