Maximized Control: SUZUKI GSX-R1000R Custom
Webike's Opinion
Here is a "SUZUKI GSX-R1000R" custom by Webike community user "MAT". The front brake master cylinder has been replaced with a Brembo Radial Brake Master Cylinder, offering more precise braking. Additionally, the front brake discs have also been replaced with Brembo T-Drive Floating Discs, which incorporate Brembo's knowledge gained from MotoGP and SBK, and Brembo RB-Z04 Racing Brake Pads are used to provide consistent braking performance, durability and wear resistance.
The GSX-R1000R (L7) doesn't have a rear fender, making the area around the rear suspension prone to getting dirty. The owner addressed this issue by installing LighTech's Dry Carbon Rear Mudguard. A ZEROGRAVITY [MARC 1] Windshield is also equipped. When the rider gets into a tuck position, the helmet and the windshield work together to create smooth airflow.
A XAM sprocket with excellent wear resistance has been installed for the front sprocket, and a DID ZVM-X chain has been equipped for the chain, offering high rigidity and minimal deformation when riding, which improves response and acceleration. The air cleaner has been replaced with a K&N Replacement Racing Air Filter, which improves intake efficiency and further enhances the performance of the GSX-R1000R's powerful engine. The rear suspension uses an OHLINS TTX-GP, which allows for fine-tuning of settings. For the steps, rearsets from BABYFACE have been installed, offering five adjustable positions. This improves comfort and controllability of the bike.
