Carbon Craftsmanship: KAWASAKI ZX-4R Custom by Magical Racing
Magical Racing's ZX-4R
Magical Racing is a brand that offers various carbon fiber and FRP parts, including exterior parts, trimmed windshields, front and rear fenders, and all-fiber molded fender eliminator kits. Their “Street Bodywork” series centers on sport models from various manufacturers. This ZX-4RSE is equipped with almost all of Magical Racing's Ninja ZX-4R series compatible products. First off, we have the Carbon Trim Windshield, which is 30mm taller than the stock windshield for better wind protection while not overly increasing the front volume. The carbon trim goes between the front cowl and the windshield, framing the shield as well as adding rigidity and an intrepid look. The Magical Racing original Super Coat specification windshield is selected here (clear and smoke are also available).
The hollow monocoque construction Tank End stabilizes the rider's form when braking and improves the hold of the lower body when cornering. The Rear Fender, that is significantly longer than the stock fender, improves the aerodynamics of the rear area and at the same time protects against mud splashes. The parts in the photos are made of twill weave carbon fiber, but plain weave carbon fiber and black FRP (for some products) are also available. The Fender Eliminator Kit is made of black FRP, allows the use of the stock license plate light and turn signals, and the three-dimensional molding creates a sense of unity with the body. The parts listed above are also compatible with the Ninja ZX-25R, a 250cc four-cylinder supersport that preceded the ZX-4R series. They enhance functionality while making the unique Ninja face more sporty.
The Front Fender and Under Cowl Tray are available exclusively for the Ninja ZX-4R due to differences in clearance. The Front Fender has an integrated fork guard to protect the inner tube, and the Under Cowl Tray has an oil catch structure to prevent oil from splashing onto the road surface in the event of an oil leak. On top of that, the side stand can be used, which is nice. A machined aluminum stem is added to the carbon monocoque body, and Racer Replica Mirrors are also equipped, which are highly popular for many different bike models. The caliper cooling ducts that Magical Racing is currently working on will be unveiled soon. The design and quality of these parts matches well with the ZX-4RSE and, of course, the ZX-4RR, adding these to our list of recommended parts.

The Carbon Trim Windshield, which is 30mm taller than the stock windshield, further enhances the Ninja ZX-4R's intrepid face. The mirrors are the popular Racer Replica. The ones equipped on this bike are Type-4 head (twill weave carbon) with short elbow stems (black stem color) and B-type fitting plates.
The Tank End attached to the rear of the fuel tank is a hollow monocoque structure that is strong and enhances the rider's hold.
The Fender Eliminator Kit (FRP black only), which is three-dimensionally fiber molded for strength and high formability, uses the stock license plate light and stock turn signals. It is used here in conjunction with a universal reflector kit that is attached to the back of the dummy license plate (plate with Magical Racing logo).
Chassis
The Under Cowl Tray is for the Ninja ZX-4R (SE, RR) only. As you can see in the photo, the side stand can be used.
The Under Cowl Tray seen from the rear right. The oil catch structure with closed front and rear ends prevents oil from leaking onto the road surface in the event of engine trouble.
The Front Fender, which has an integrated fork guard to protect the inner tube of the SFF-BP front forks from rocks and debris, is a Ninja ZX-4R series exclusive product. Note that this part is not compatible with the Ninja ZX-25R.
The Rear Fender, which has an integrated chain guard and is longer than the stock fender to improve the flow of the rear area and protect against mud splashes, is compatible with the Ninja ZX-25R.
