STRIKER's Z650RS
The Z650RS was launched at the end of April 2022. The "RS" stands for "roadster," and has been used by Kawasaki since the days of the Z2 = 750-RS. With a solid chassis structure, responsive engine characteristics, and nimble handling, it is easy to understand that the Z650RS is a model focused on street fun. The Z650, a four-cylinder air-cooled model that served as the style motif for the Z650RS, was affectionately known as the 'Zapper'. This nickname originated from the word 'zap,' which represents the image of cutting through the wind. This is how users described the Z650's roadster characteristics. The Z650RS, a modern liquid-cooled two-cylinder, also has these elements. The Candy Emerald Green color of the first generation '22 and '23 models and the Candy Medium Red color of the '24 model (both Z650 motifs) are also indicative of this.
And that's where this bike comes in. This Z650RS is by Color's International, who sell various parts under the STRIKER brand. The exterior was already painted all red before the red color was adopted for the '24 model (so the wheels are not gold-colored, but black as on the models up to '23). The Striker STREET CONCEPT Titanium Full Exhaust JMCA 2-1 High Mount Exhaust, with the silencer extended farther to the rear compared to the stock short type, shows the brand's proposal to make the Z650RS more sporty and enjoyable. The STC Step Kit (STRIKER Sports Touring Concept "STC" STEP KIT), which is now the key product of STRIKER, can also be used for touring without fatigue, just like its concept. The STRIKER Guard Slider has a dress-up effect while also avoiding damage in the event of an accident. In addition to these standard parts, a Titanium Custom Grab Bar is added to give the tail area a more relaxed look. These original parts make the Z650RS a machine that appeals to those who want to customize and enjoy riding.
Bodyworks
A Striker Works Titanium Custom Grab Bar has been added to the tail section to create a more relaxed look. It is handmade and compatible with both the stock seat and seat cowl. The Titanium Heat Colored version is installed here. Additionally, a Titanium Mirror Finish option is available in the lineup at the same price.
Engine
The STRIKER Guard Slider '22 650RS is installed on the front side of the engine. It is comprised of a POM/Duracon/Carbon Composite slider body with an aluminum base (standard version is silver, others are black) featuring the STRIKER logo, mitigating damage in the event of an accident. In this case, the all-black version is installed.
Intake & Exhaust
The STRIKER STREET CONCEPT Titanium Full Exhaust JMCA 2-1 High Mount - '23 Z650RS features a high-mount design instead of the stock low-mount layout, proposing a sporty look unique to Striker. The 2-1 Titanium exhaust boasts a beautiful titanium heat-colored finish. The silencer is a round type that matches the Z650RS. While titanium heat color is used here, a solid titanium color is also available. Special pillion steps are also included.
Chassis
The STRIKER Sports Touring Concept "STC" STEP KIT is adjustable in four positions (20 x 10, 20 x 20, 30 x 10, and 30 x 20), machined from A2017, and finished in black hard anodized.
