BULL DOCK's Z1000R

This Z1000R is a Lawson Replica with a white base color, sporting stripes on the sides arranged based on the stock lines. The coloring, single seat, clip-on handlebars, and other configurations create a streamlined impression, while the engine and other specifications give it a powerful feel. This is a true GT-M (Genuine Tuning Machine), a complete custom by BULL DOCK. It seems like this is the standard style at BULL DOCK, but let's ask Mr. Wakui about the details.

"The engine is a 1200cc spec with Pistal Racing forged pistons, which are a standard choice at our shop, and a YOSHIMURA ST-L1 Camshaft. The chassis is set up to match the 17-inch wheels, and the clip-on handlebars and single seat were requested by the owner. In the case of Lawson Replicas, many people choose the double seat specification, like stock, because they want to ride pillion, but there are also those who just really like the single seat style. This bike is an orthodox version of the latter," says Wakui. The word "orthodox" here may be taken to mean that it is easy to imagine what the completed form looks like. It is both the familiar form that everyone knows while at the same time having that "amazing" look that you come to expect of a GT-M.

The Z1000R is produced in smaller numbers than other Z series bikes, so the choice of parts is more limited than Z to Mk.II models. Nevertheless, its well-established style continues to attract and be chosen by riders. On top of that, BULL DOCK continues to incorporate new elements and upgrades, such as the tires and turn signal layout for this bike. We are certain that their GT-Ms will continue to be sought after for many years to come.

Handle

The clip-on handlebars are set on a Mccoy Stem Kit for upright φ43mm forks. The gauges are a Motogadget Moto Scope Mini Combi Frame, Stack ST200 Engine Tachometer, and a YOSHIMURA PRO-GRESS 2, arranged in an original layout.

The left and right master cylinders are Brembo RCS and the mirrors are Magical Racing NK-1 Type-2 Head Mirrors.

Bodyworks

The Mccoy Aluminum Tank follows the color pattern of the Z1000R2 (a white base with navy/gold/red lines also exists in the stock color schemes) with the Kawasaki logo placed inside the blue line.

The single seat cowl is Mccoy and the seat is Mccoy Supreme.

Engine

The Z1000R2 engine is used as a base with φ76mm Pistal Racing forged pistons for 1200cc specs. A YOSHIMURA ST-L1 Camshaft is installed, and a Mccoy Offset Sprocket Outboard Kit is also used to secure the chainline and allow the use of a flat sprocket.

The carburetor is a TMR φ36mm, with the top covers and drain bolts accented in red.

Chassis

The front forks are Ohlins RWU and the front brakes are Brembo Axial 4P Calipers + SUNSTAR Premium Racing Discs. The front fender is carbon.

The rear brakes are composed of a Brembo P2-RS84 Caliper + SUNSTAR Premium Racing Disc. The exhaust system is a full titanium 4-1 (internal 4-2-1) WinMccoy Full Exhaust.

The rear suspension is a combination of Mccoy Aluminum Swingarm and Mccoy x NITRON Shocks. The front and rear wheels are forged aluminum Marchesini M10S.
