BULL DOCK's GPZ900R

BULLDOCK_GPZ900R_1.jpg

The engine incorporates φ77mm pistons and the GPZ1000RX crankshaft to increase the stroke to 1080cc. The K-Factory exhaust and FCR carburetor were used to further increase power and torque. The increase in water and oil temperatures that accompanies the increase in power is handled by a big radiator and oil cooler.

Engine

Powerful engine output causes water and oil temperatures to rise, leading to heat sag and, in the worst case, piston seizure. Therefore, the cooling system was reinforced with a big radiator and a round type oil cooler.

Intake & Exhaust

The KEIHIN FCR carburetor was adopted to further increase power and torque. By setting the carburetor properly, it is possible to be powerful and easy to handle.

The full titanium exhaust system reduces the weight of the vehicle and the unique baking color adds a dress-up effect to the vehicle.

Chassis

Ohlins front forks for the GPZ900R do not exist. Therefore, the forks for the ZRX1200R are installed, but only because they are set up properly can they deliver their true performance. In addition, Brembo radial mount calipers are used to provide braking power equal to the powerful engine performance.

Ohlins rear shock with a wide range of settings were chosen in the pursuit of ride quality. There were many reasons for the choice, including high performance and reliability.

Frame

When a wide wheel is mounted on the stock swingarm, it interferes with the swingarm. Therefore, the Wheelie swingarm was adopted to cope with this problem. The high rigidity of the swingarm also contributes to improved handling stability.

Seat

Bull DOCK's original single seat contributes to a more racy atmosphere. The FRP material is made of three layers of fiberglass for high strength.
